Yehochai Schneider
Mr. Schneider was co-founder of A & E Plastik Pak Co., Inc., the first plastic container company in the city of Los Angeles, California in 1956. A & E developed a system of manufacturing products using oriented polystyrene sheet, and subsequently became a major factor in the disposable plastic packaging industry.
Since 1981, Mr. Schneider has been involved in the acquisition and operation of more than 30 companies worldwide including the AFA Corporation, a manufacturer of trigger sprayers, and Malibu Israel Ltd., the third largest construction company in Israel.
Mr. Schneider has been acquiring distressed companies and improving their operation until they were ready for sale on a profitable basis. Most of his acquisitions were highly leveraged.
Mr. Schneider has over 40 years of involvement in the plastics and other industries with expertise in manufacturing, management, financial and legal oversight of transactions, lender and public shareholder relations, as well as crisis management of distressed companies.
Mr. Schneider holds a substantial portfolio of investments in the manufacturing and high-tech sectors as well as in the real estate field. Mr. Schneider has Bachelor degrees in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a graduate of the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute.
Maj. Gen. (Res.) Herzle Bodinger
Born in Israel in 1943.
Served as IAF Commander from 1992 to 1996.
During his 35 years in the IAF, Major General Bodinger has actively participated as combat fighter pilot in Many IAF operations and missions since 1963, including the Six Day War (1967), War of Attrition (1969-1971), Yom Kippur War (1973) and the Peace of Galilee Operation (1982).
President of the IAF Association since April 2010, and president of RADA Electronic Industries.
Major General Bodinger has a BGS degree Economics and Business administration from Bar Ilan University. He also completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.Maj. Gen. (Res.) Amos Lapidot
Born in Israel in 1934.
Air Force Commander from 1982 to 1987.
Gen. Lapidot holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics from the Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University.
From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Lapidot was the President of the Israel Institute of Technology. He is currently the founder and CEO of Mouda Ltd, Consulting.
Gen. Lapidot is on the board of a number of public commercial companies: El-Al, Rafael, Malibu, Iscal, ICTS, Merhav; Member of the executive committee of the Tel Aviv University, as well as the Tel Aviv University Applied Research & Development known as Ramot Ltd.
Brig. General Avraham Assael
Born in Israel in 1950.
Graduated IAF Flight School as a Fighter Navigator and joined the first 'Phantom' Squadron of the IAF in 1971, Brig. Gen. Assael took part in the Yom Kippur War, and was wounded while captured as a P.O.W in Syria.
Upon his return to Israel in the summer of 1974, as a lieutenant, he decided to rejoin the IAF and was accepted as a C-130 Navigator. During his service, Brig. Gen Assael served in various Command and Staff positions, among them, as IDF Defense Attaché in France, Spain and Portugal.
When he completed his service as Defense Attache, he accepted the post of Commander of the IDF Attachés Course .
Brig. Gen. Assael has a B.Sc in Economics and Business from the University of 'Bar Ilan', Ramat Gan, Israel and a M.A. in Political Sciences and National Security from the University of Haifa. Graduate of the Military School of France in Paris.
Col. (Ret.) Eli Landau
Eli Landau was born in Israel in 1939.
He served as a Colonel in the IDF, was the military correspondent of “Ma’ariv” Newspaper and chairmen of the Board of Directors in the Ministry of Defense food chain.
Mayor of the city of Herzlya from 1983 to 1998.
Mr. Landau is the author of three books, “Jerusalem Forever”, “Suetz – Fire on Water” and “The Omission” (HaMechdal).
Eelan Hight
Born in Israel in 1942.
Served in the Israel Air Force as a fighter pilot, flew "Mirage IIIC", A4 "Skyhawk N" and "Kfir" from 1960 to 1984.
Retired EL-AL Israel Airline Captain, after four decades of flying career from 1968 to 2009.
Married with 3 children. Lives in Herzeliya, Israel
