While the Israel Air Force recognizes the importance of having an advanced facility such as the IAF Center at its disposal, the IAF Center is proud to support the IAF and be the home for its key activities. 

Seeking to recruit leading individuals to some of the most interesting and challenging positions in the Israel Defense Force, the Israel Air Force gets the right of first refusal among all the young recruits in Israel. 

The IAF uses the IAF Center to invite the top prospects and expose them, sometimes for the very first time, to the activities of the IAF and the positions that await them when recruited to the air force.
